These Terms & Conditions apply to catering services supplied by Country Garden Catering.

By accepting a quotation and/or making a booking with Country Garden Catering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking. A copy of these Terms & Conditions will be made available to you before your booking is confirmed.

1. About Country Garden Catering

Country Garden Catering is a sole-trader business providing grazing tables, grazing boxes, sweet treats, celebration food and event catering.
 

2. Quotations
 

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry.

A quotation may include:

  • Food and catering

  • Delivery

  • Setup

  • Collection

  • Equipment hire

  • Additional services

  • Any agreed extras.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 14 days.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Prices may be revised if the requirements of the event change substantially, including changes to:

  • Guest numbers

  • Menu

  • Event location

  • Delivery requirements

  • Setup requirements

  • Equipment requirements

  • Event date.

We will discuss any significant price changes with you before they are applied.
 

3. Booking confirmation
 

Your booking will only be confirmed once:

  1. You have accepted the quotation;

  2. You have provided the information reasonably required to fulfil the booking; and

  3. The required booking deposit has been paid.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will reserve the agreed date and time for your event.

We will then provide you with confirmation of the agreed services, price and relevant event details.
